My Rent Book ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

• PG/property, tenant, rent, and payment information that you provide.
• App usage and analytics information through Firebase Analytics.
• Device or app-related information used for advertising and advertising measurement through the Facebook SDK.
• Information required to provide push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Information related to in-app purchases and subscriptions.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the App.
• Manage accounts, PGs, tenants, and rent records.

Data Storage

The App uses Firebase Authentication for account authentication and Cloud Firestore to store information provided by users.

The App uses Firebase Analytics for app usage analytics and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications.

The App uses the Facebook SDK for advertising and advertising measurement.

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment credentials such as card or bank details are handled by Google and are not stored by My Rent Book.

The App may also store some information locally on your device for offline functionality.

The App uses third-party services provided by Google and Meta, including:

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and application data for as long as necessary to provide the App's services.

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete or request deletion of applicable data associated with your account, except information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes.
